AZ HOTEIS LTDA - SCP, a private legal entity registered under CNPJ No. CNPJ: 40.154.048/0001-79, headquartered at Alameda Lorena, 521, São Paulo, São Paulo 01424-000, Brasil (“HOTEL”), considers the electronic records and personal data you (“User”) leave when using the HOTEL’s various websites and services (“Pages”) to be sensitive and relevant. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is intended to clearly, simply and transparently explain what data and information will be collected and when it may be used. To better illustrate how we process data, here is a summary of our Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (“Policy”):

This Policy may be updated at any time by means of a notice on the website and/or by email, if the User has opted to receive communications from the HOTEL.
1. What Data We Use
The HOTEL may collect information actively entered by the User during registration, as well as information collected automatically when using the pages and network, such as the identification of the commercial establishment used, IP address with connection date and time, among others. Thus, two types of personal data are processed:
a) Information provided by the User: The HOTEL collects all information actively entered by the User on the Pages, such as full name, email address, gender, date of birth, city, and state, when the User completes forms on the Pages. The HOTEL may use this information to promote advertising materials, special offers, discounts, events, and loyalty programs, as well as to conduct satisfaction surveys. b) Information may also be collected automatically, such as characteristics of the device used to access the Pages, browser details, IP address (with date and time), IP origin, information about clicks, pages visited, pages accessed after leaving the Pages, and any search terms entered on the website or referring to it, among other things. Standard technologies such as cookies, pixel tags, beacons, and local shared objects may be used to collect this information. These technologies are used to improve the User’s browsing experience on the Pages based on their habits and preferences. Automatic data collection through certain technologies, such as cookies and cache, can be disabled in your internet browser settings. Cookies can also be disabled on our website. However, Users should be aware that disabling these technologies may prevent some website features that rely on the processing of this data from working properly. In addition, satisfaction surveys may be conducted to collect information that helps us continually improve our services, better understand your preferences, and assess the quality of and your impressions of our tools, as well as for statistical and advertising purposes. The information collected may be shared by the HOTEL with: a) other partner companies, when necessary to properly provide the services related to their activities; b) third parties, to protect the HOTEL’s interests in any type of dispute; c) third parties, pursuant to a court order or request from a competent authority. We also clarify that your information may be shared with companies that provide the technological and operational infrastructure required for the HOTEL’s activities, such as payment processors and information storage service providers. Users may access, update, and add to their data, and may ask the HOTEL to delete the data collected about them. The HOTEL is responsible for handling such requests and notifying any Data Processors that may be part of the booking chain. The Controller is responsible for ensuring that the Data Processors have fulfilled their deletion obligations. Data will only be retained if there is a related legal obligation that prevents the request from being fulfilled. If no request is made to delete or update data, the HOTEL undertakes to comply with the retention periods established by law.
2. How We Use the Data
The information collected by the HOTEL is used to establish a contractual relationship or to manage, administer, provide, expand, and improve the Pages for the User, tailoring them to the User’s preferences and tastes, as well as to create new services and products to be offered to Users. If the User no longer wishes to receive promotional communications from the HOTEL, they may contact it at any time through its customer service channels. The User is solely responsible for notifying any Data Processors involved throughout the reservation chain. Legal Basis: In these cases, data processing is authorized under item I of Article 7 of Law No. 13.709/2018, the General Data Protection Law (“General Data Protection Law - LGPD”).
3. How We Use Cookies
Cookies are files or information that may be stored on your devices when you visit the HOTEL Pages. A cookie generally contains the name of the website it came from, its lifespan, and a value generated at random. The HOTEL uses cookies to make the Pages easier to use and better tailored to your interests and needs, and to compile information about how our websites and services are used, helping us improve their structure and content. Cookies may also be used to speed up your future activities and experiences on the Pages.

4. Who We Share Data With
The HOTEL works with partners that provide solutions for the tourism and hotel industry, as well as the corporate sector, and may share the information collected through the Pages in the following circumstances:
a) With other companies in the Group, incorporated or operating in any country, which undertake to use the information for the same purposes set out in this Policy;b) With partner companies, in the development of the HOTEL’s business activities, including booking connections and distribution, servers, etc;c) To protect the HOTEL’s interests in any kind of dispute, including legal proceedings;d) In the event of transactions or corporate changes involving the HOTEL, in which case the transfer of information will be necessary to ensure continuity of services; or,e) Pursuant to a court order or a request from administrative authorities with legal authority to make such a request.
5. How We Keep Data Secure
The HOTEL will store the information collected on its Data Controller Pages or by its contracted data controllers.
The HOTEL uses reasonable market-standard and legally required means to safeguard the privacy of the data collected on its Pages. Accordingly, it takes the following precautions, in compliance with the security standards set out in Decree No. 8.771/2016, and works with Data Processors that follow the same standards. Data Processors are responsible only for any data that passes through their systems to fulfill reservations in full; they are not responsible for managing how the HOTEL conducts its Internal Policies, conduct, or security practices.
The HOTEL takes every reasonable measure to protect Users’ privacy. However, no website is completely secure, and the HOTEL cannot guarantee that all information transmitted through the Pages will be protected from unauthorized access using methods designed to obtain information improperly. For this reason, we encourage Users to take appropriate steps to protect themselves, such as not allowing third parties to use their personal information, credit cards, or passwords.
6. Retention of Collected Information
Information collected by the HOTEL through the Pages will generally be automatically deleted from its servers when it is no longer needed for its intended purpose or once legal obligations have been fulfilled, or when the user requests the deletion of their personal data. Notwithstanding the foregoing, information may be retained to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. Information may be transferred to a third party, and the HOTEL is responsible for verifying the reliability of its Data Processors, holding them liable only if it is proven that any damages were caused by the Data Processors.
7. Your Rights
In compliance with applicable regulations regarding the processing of personal data, the HOTEL accepts responsibility toward the User for the possibility of submitting requests based on the following rights:a) confirmation that their data is being processed;b) access to their data;c) correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;d) blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in violation of applicable regulations;e) deletion of data processed with the User’s consent;f) obtaining information about the public or private entities with which the HOTEL has shared their data;g) information about the possibility of withholding their consent, and the consequences of doing so;h) withdrawal of consent.If the User needs any assistance exercising their rights, they may contact the HOTEL as instructed in this Policy.The User acknowledges that deleting the information essential to managing their account with the HOTEL will result in the termination of their registration and the consequent cancellation of the services then being provided.Contact us at: reservas@ninety.com.br with the subject line Privacy Policy.
The HOTEL will make every effort to fulfill such requests as quickly as possible. However, even in the event of a deletion request, the minimum data retention period for users of Internet applications, as determined by Brazilian law, will be observed.
8. Consumer Relations
The HOTEL is directly responsible for all consumer relations with guests; any Data Operators are not responsible for matters of this nature.
9. Legislation
This Policy shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular Law No. 13,709/2018.
